As of Monday, March 16, we has completed an extensive rebranding effort in response to accelerated company growth and a renewal to its corporate identity. This introduces a new corporate logo, new domain, an upgraded website and the new future of Bambu. The new brand captures the growth and success of our business.
It may seem like a big change to us, but rest assured, our core values and commitment to our customers will stay the same. Furthermore, our customers will experience no change in their software or day-to-day processes.

In order to make this transition as smooth as possible, we’ve compiled a list of FAQs.
What can customers expect from this rebrand?
There will be no change. Our customers will still be receiving our services and support as we continue to focus on developing top-notch robo-advisory platforms and products to improve saving and investing.
Why are we rebranding when we already have a strong brand reputation?
As a young company that started our in 2016, we were perceived as an Asia B2B robo startup with the focus on our people. Considering our recent growth, we felt this was the right opportunity to start our 4th anniversary with a fresh and appealing new look, domain and website. Moving forward, we want to be known as a SaaS company, product orientated, that is well-known around the globe.
What is the meaning behind the new logo?
The new corporate logo was developed through a collaborative process, and is a reflection of how the company’s innovative and forward-thinking technology. The corporate logo was strategically created from the inspiration of the material that was used to make filaments for the first lightbulbs – Bamboo. Being the fundamental material for success, with the same reasoning, we want to be the fundamental source of innovation to power up the financial industry.
Why did you change your domain? I was getting used to it.
The move enhances the Bambu brand with a strong, technical identity and provides the end users a progressive perception which is inline with our services and industry.
What will happen to the old email addresses?
The old domain .life email will still be functional until 1 June 2020 and any emails sent to the accounts will forwarded to our new .co address. This is to ensure no emails are lost. We highly encourage you to add our new email addresses to your contact book.
What will happen to the old website URL?
The old website will redirected to our new website. We encourage you to visit our new website, www.bambu.co
What stays the same?
We’re still a growing FinTech company based in Singapore with an in-house team of creators and innovators. We’re continuing to pave the way to make a mark in the Fintech industry. We foresee this progressive push as a stepping stone towards an expansion and strengthening our solutions.
