Qn 1: What’s the number one thing your customers want, and what matters to them most?
Answer: The main thing that fund managers want in the UK is transparency and timely updates. Using digital for me has been phenomenal in meeting these demands and helping me connect with my clients.
Qn 2: What strategies have you used to address the digital gap?
Answer: Digital has greatly affected how fund managers report. A lot of fund managers now have pre-recorded webinars where they talk about their strategy. This is a great way for me to interact with fund managers who are investing in my funds as I get to hear what it is they’re investing in or what their current plan is moving forward.
Qn 3: Which solutions do you currently, or have tried to, use to address the digital gap?
Answer: Adding a little bit of the human touch goes a long way. People don’t have the time to read extensive financial reports. What I do for my clients is to send them my thoughts on these reports so that it better resonates with them and provides a brief and digestible summary of the content.
